2016年8月11日，为期3天的福彩行业信息安全培训班圆满结束。此次培训班由中福彩技术研究中心主办，内蒙古自治区福利彩票发行中心承办。来自全国22个省（市、自治区）福彩中心的技术人员、中福彩中心相关部室及中福彩技研中心有关人员共70余人参加了培训。为此次培训授课的专家教授有国家信息化专家咨询委员会委员沈昌祥院士、解放军信息工程大学教授公安部通讯安全专家司志刚、上海交通大学信息安全服务技术研究实验室副主任单蓉胜。三位教授从不同角度、不同层面，理论联系实际，为学员们讲授了信息安全的相关内容。沈昌祥院士与大家分享了美国的网络空间安全政策，重点介绍了我国信息安全等级保护制度创新和发展，并提出要构建主动防御的技术保障体系。司志刚教授通过国内重大信息安全案例，进行了网络安全风险分析，并介绍了基于等级保护的安全解决方案。GLI彩票公司的托马斯·比尔巴赫先生，介绍了GLI彩票行业信息安全现状及关键问题，讲授了ISO27001和《世界彩票协会安全控制标准》相关知识，并与学员进行了热烈讨论，为学员现场答疑解惑。单蓉胜教授从应用安全的角度，对存在风险进行了分析，并提出了应对策略，让学员受益匪浅。听完教授们的授课之后，学员们进行了经验交流，分组讨论，就福彩信息安全现状、福彩信息安全建设及发展、福彩技术系统交流沟通、民政部福利彩票信息安全和系统检测重点实验室建设、技研中心信息安全服务等方面，提出了宝贵的意见和建议。培训期间，学员们利用课余时间参观了内蒙古自治区福彩中心的数据机房，进行了实地考察和学习。技术部部长张征向学员们介绍了内蒙古福彩中心数据机房、销售系统、信息安全建设、技术保障等相关情况。通过3天的学习培训，学员们纷纷表示这次培训的教学内容专业、授课老师权威，既有技术理论知识，又有实际应用案例，深受启发，受益匪浅。中福彩技术研究中心举办此次福彩行业信息安全培训班，旨在提高各级福彩机构对信息安全重要性的认识，强化信息安全意识，提升信息安全水平，为福彩事业的健康发展做好技术保障。微信：SX-Lottery山西福彩官方微信
